Terms of Usage

    Last updated: March 4, 2026

    1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website and learning management system (LMS) of the American Institute of Surgical & Health Sciences ("AISH", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Usage. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

    2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to register for an account or enroll in any AISH program. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement.

    3. Account Responsibilities

When you create an account on our platform, you agree to:

    • Provide accurate and complete registration information
    • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
    • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
    • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

AISH reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in suspicious activity.

    4. Acceptable Use

    You agree NOT to:

    • Share your account credentials with any other person
    • Copy, reproduce, distribute, or share course materials, quizzes, or assessments
    • Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform
    • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or system resources
    • Submit false, misleading, or plagiarized work
    • Engage in any conduct that disrupts the learning environment for other students
    • Use the platform for any purpose other than legitimate educational activities

    5. Intellectual Property

All content on the AISH website and LMS — including but not limited to course materials, curricula, assessments, quizzes, videos, graphics, and text — is the intellectual property of AISH unless otherwise stated. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content solely for your personal educational purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content without prior written permission from AISH.

    6. Academic Integrity

AISH upholds strict standards of academic integrity. Students are expected to complete all assignments, quizzes, corrections, and assessments honestly and independently unless otherwise instructed. Violations of academic integrity — including cheating, plagiarism, or unauthorized collaboration — may result in:

    • Failure of the assignment or course
    • Suspension or permanent expulsion from the program
    • Revocation of any certificates or credentials awarded

    7. Program Enrollment and Completion

Enrollment in a program does not guarantee completion or certification. Students must meet all program requirements, including passing quizzes, completing corrections, attending sessions, and fulfilling any other academic requirements specified in the program curriculum.

    8. Payments and Refunds

Program fees are outlined at the time of enrollment. Specific refund policies will be communicated as part of the enrollment agreement. AISH reserves the right to modify program fees with adequate notice.

    9. Limitation of Liability

AISH provides its platform and educational services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

    • AISH makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or completeness of the platform or content
    • AISH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform
    • AISH does not guarantee employment or certification outcomes as a result of completing its programs

    10. Modifications to Terms

AISH reserves the right to modify these Terms of Usage at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on this page. Your continued use of our services after any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

    11. Governing Law

These Terms of Usage shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the applicable courts.
